Tender description

As part of an industry and DAFM led National Pig Salmonella control programme, the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, requires an indirect ELISA capable of identifying antibodies to Salmonella in porcine meat juice samples. The test will be used to determine the herd status of all pig herds in the country, which is updated each month. The estimated volume of individual test kits over the term of the contract is 100,000 tests in a 96 well solid plate format. The products will be required to be delivered to the DAFM Laboratories Backweston, Celbridge, Co. Kildare or any of our regional laboratories.
