Tender description

Tenders are sought for the supply delivery, installation of: — 1 (one) Single Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry System (Lot 1); — 1 (one) QTOF Instrument (Lot 2); — 1 (one) MALDI imaging Mass Spectrometry System (Lot 3). Single quadrupole mass spectrometry system (Lot 1) — a nominal mass capable LCMS-type mass spectrometry system or systems, of single quad type or better, to be used in ‘walkup’ or skilled operator modes, be provided; with ancilliary equipment for sample introduction and data processing and all necessary software and licences, pre-configuration, applications support and training. QTOF Instrument systems (Lot 2) — an accurate mass detection capable LCMS-type mass spectrometry system, of ToF type or better, be provided; to have at least MS/MS capability, to be used in ‘walkup’ or skilled operator modes and be provided with ancillary equipment for sample introduction and data processing and all necessary software and licences, pre-configuration, applications support and training. MALDI Imaging mass spectrometry system (Lot 3) — capable of peptide/protein identification and of imaging.
