Tender description

Historic England is seeking to appoint an experienced social research consultancy to implement two attitudinal surveys of local residents as part of its evaluation of the High Street Heritage Action Zone programme. The first survey will be implemented in early 2021 to gather a baseline measure of residents’ attitudes to their high street, as well as levels of social capital, community cohesion and civic engagement. A second survey at the end of the programme in 2024 will be carried out to allow for comparisons to be made and changes identified. Consultancy services for the delivery and evaluation of the Cultural Programme and Community Engagement strand of the High Street Heritage Action Zones programme.
