Tender description

The University of East Anglia and QI Partners are seeking a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building fabric, cleaning and associated services (Norwich Research Park only), works projects and helpdesk services across UEA's Main Campus, and the Quadram Institute, Bob Champion and Edith Cavell buildings within the Norwich Research Park. UEA Expects the TFM contract to commence in November 2021 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by 1 + 1 years. UEA may extend the scope of this contract to cover the FM service provisions to other selected locations. Tenderers will be required to provide a service delivery model and comprehensive costs to perform the services to specified standards under an output based contract. Organisations invited to tender will be required to provide a service delivery model and comprehensive costs to perform the services to specified standards under an output based contract. Bidders should note that whilst this will be a single procurement process, that the successful bidder will be expected to enter into separate contracts with UEA and QI Partners for their respective buildings.
