Tender description

The authority are seeking to procure various facilities management services for the University of Sunderland London Campus Ltd to be delivered under a single contract beginning January 2020 until December 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years (in annual increments). Included within the scope are the following services: 1) Security Management Service; 2) Project Management Service; 3) Buildings and Asset Maintenance Management Service; 4) Winter Maintenance Service; 5) Waste Management Service; 6) Pest Control Management Service.
