Quantity Surveyor for Trust Wide Electrical Infrastructure Scheme

Tender description

The Authority seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support in the delivery of a large electrical infrastructure scheme (approximately £3.5million construction costs) across three hospital sites: Lincoln County Hospital, Pilgrim Hospital Boston and Grantham and District Hospital. The Supplier is referred to the concept / developed designs already produced and appended to this document to indicate the extent and scope of the works and to assist the supplier in producing their fee and service proposal. The Authority welcomes advice from the appointed Supplier in relation to Value Management / Value Engineering opportunities. Please refer to Appendix 1 for copies of the concept/ developed designs. The Supplier will be required to provide pre-contract, tender stage and post contract QS services including professional input into the contractor evaluation and selection process.
