Tender description

In accordance with clause 5 of the DPS Agreement the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, (the ‘Contracting Authority’) now invites tenders (‘Tenders’) in response to this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) from DPS Members for the supply of the goods and related services described in Appendix 1 of this RFT (the ‘Goods’) to the DPS Clients (defined in paragraph 1.4 below). This mini-competition (‘Mini-Competition’) is being conducted in accordance with the rules of the DPS Agreement. In accordance with clause 5 of the DPS Agreement the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, (the ‘Contracting Authority’) now invites tenders (‘Tenders’) in response to this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) from DPS Members for the supply of the goods and related services described in Appendix 1 of this RFT (the ‘Goods’) to the DPS Clients (defined in paragraph 1.4 below). This mini-competition (‘Mini-Competition’) is being conducted in accordance with the rules of the DPS Agreement. The Office of Government Procurement (the ‘OGP’) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and is tasked (inter alia) with sourcing goods and/or services for and on behalf of public service bodies. References to the Contracting Authority in this RFT will be deemed to include the OGP. In summary, the goods comprise: Battery Electric Passenger Cars with zero tailpipe emissions and a minimum driving range of 250 km and a maximum range of 349 km (based on the WLTP Combined Cycle) as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
