Tender description

An Post is seeking to enter into a single party framework agreement for the provision of inter alia, Maintenance/Backlog Management (BAU changes)(Business as Usual) with 1 supplier for Lot 1 Primary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance/Backlog Management (BAU changes) and Lot 2 secondary supplier for Digital Web Maintenance/Backlog Management (BAU changes) a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. Suppliers can submit for both lots; however, it must be noted that no one supplier will be awarded both lots but will be contractually obliged to work together if required. An Post Group require the provision of maintenance/backlog management (BAU changes, business as usual) services including, but not limited to: • ongoing delivery of changes to An Post.com to support campaigns, product launches, customer engagement, compliance requirements, service updates, etc. • ongoing maintenance including bug-fixes, updates, security patching, API updates, etc. • backlog management including prioritisation, testing, release, etc. • small Change management including planning, budgeting, development of new functionality, features and components as well as deployment and testing.
