Tender description

The purpose of this tender exercise is to identify a partner supplier to support the purchase of all relevant Microsoft licences through an enterprise agreement. The chosen supply partner should possess a full and up-to-date knowledge of how Microsoft support the UK housing sector, including all discounts and value-add services available. The chosen supplier should also have the ability to provide a SAM audit function to Stonewater each anniversary of the contract to ensure appropriate true-ups are highlighted and agreed to reflect the Stonewater estate at the time of assessment. The procurement will be conducted through an OJEU restricted procedure, comprising of a technical assessment on the required service and a pricing exercise based on the appropriate number and range of licences required by Stonewater.
