FM20186 - Air Conditioning Systems and Associated Services Maintenance at UKRI STFC RAL

Tender description

*** THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *** UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) acting on behalf of the Contracting Authority: UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) have put in place a contract for Air Conditioning Systems and Associated Maintenance Services at STFC's Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL) site. UK SBS carried out an Open Competition on behalf of UKRI STFC for Air Conditioning Systems and Associated Maintenance Services at RAL under the publication notice number FM20157. No tenders were received in response to the Open Procedure under FM20157. Therefore, under Regulation 32 (2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time), the Contracting Authority awarded a Contract by Negotiated Procedure without prior publication. This Contract is for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
