Tender description

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the North West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NWL STP) wish to undertake a market engagement exercise to help inform its contracting approach for the future delivery of the following services: 1) Internal Audit and Counter Fraud, 2) External Audit, 3) VAT Advice, 4) Debt Collection. This notice intends to facilitate early engagement with potential providers to seek the views and opinions of organisations that may be interested in delivering Internal Audit and Counter Fraud, External Audit, VAT Advice and Debt Collection services on behalf of North West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NWL STP) and relates only to a pre-procurement market engagement questionnaire (MEQ). NWL STP are seeking to establish what interest there might be in providing such Services from suitably qualified, capable and competent organisations.
