Tender description

Swansea Council intends to undertake construction works to 3 no. high rise block of flats at Clyne Court, Sketty. The works consist of balcony repairs and renewal of rain water downpipes. The Works include the renewal of floor surfaces to external balconies to maximise surface water drainage and renewal of existing rainwater downpipes in communal walkways.
