Tender description

Design and build construction contract for delivery of new all through primary, secondary and sixth form. The project is the design, supply and installation of a new build all through school education building, including a 2FE Primary, 9FE Secondary, 250 place Sixth Form, Standalone Sports Facilities and all associated external facilities. to replace an existing school on behalf of the Client, The Helena Romanes School. The programme for completion is for; • 2FE primary and associated external areas to be complete and operational by commencement of September 2021; • standalone sports facility to be complete and operational by January 2021; • 9FE secondary and 250 place Sixth Form 9FE secondary, 250 place sixth to be complete and operational by commencement of July 2022. A planning application has already been submitted on behalf of the client and the decision is expected November 2020. The project is required to replace an existing secondary school and sixth form plus new primary accommodation on a new school site on behalf of the client, The Helena Romanes School.
