Ref: NWP /39735 Contract Period: The contract is intended to be an ongoing agreement starting from August 2020 and will have the option to extend on an annual basis as long as the system is fit for NWP requirements. North Wales Police Legal Department requires a case management system that can provide templates and a document repository for imported word documents, e-mails and scanned documents singly or as a batch. Only those suppliers that can fully meet the requirements of the specification will be considered. The tender process will be undertaken via the EU Supply e tendering portal on the Blue Light e Tendering Website at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT . You are requested to register at this site free of charge after which expressions of interest can be made and the specification and any other relevant documents can be downloaded.
