Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) are commissioning a care and support service in a new build housing development called Llantarnam Road Supported Housing Scheme located in Cwmbran, Torfaen. The Scheme is new build and being developed by Melin Housing Association. The Scheme will provide accommodation for people who require a level of support to live independently. The Scheme is a new build development which delivers a bespoke three floor property comprising of: — ground floor — two wheelchair accessible one bedroom flats; — first floor — three one bedroom flats; — second floor — two one bedroom flats. There is also a communal/staff sleep in area located on the ground floor.
