Create an Virtual Reality Tour of the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse and supply the required equipment to deliver the virtual reality expereince to groups of 8-10 persons.

Tender description

Cape Clear Coop requires a 10 - 12 minute virtual reality tour of the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse to be ready by April 2021. This will involve filming the exterior of the lighthouse, using a drone from a vessel and providing equipment/training to a third party who will undertake a tour of the inside, from the bottom to the top floor. The tenderer should demonstrate a capacity to create and edit the Virtual Reality tour and to provide and commission the projection equipment in a setting where it can be viewed by 10-12 adults in a Covid 19 friendly fashion. The tender should include all costs required to deliver the completed project including an allowance for 2 days boat hire in the vicinity of the Fastnet. The editing of the tour will be based on an initial script/sequence to be agreed with the client. The award of the tender is contingent on receipt of LEADER funding.
