Colliers have previously provided the Council with advice on hotel demand in Plymouth and are considered to have the best knowledge of the market in this area. Colliers have also been working with a number of other developers to bring hotels to Plymouth. Given the recent, unsuccessful attempt to secure a developer for the site, Colliers are considered to have the best contacts in order to secure a developer with a good track record and evidence of funding.
