Tender description
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish three single member Solicitors Panels for Land and Regeneration Services to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive for external solicitors in connection with relevant land and property matters (“the Services” as defined in the Specification of Requirements). This requirement is being advertised in three lots which are; - Lot 1 - Belfast Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the Belfast Panel”) - Lot 2 - South Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the South Panel”) - Lot 3 - North Land and Regeneration Solicitors Panel (“the North Panel”). Tenderers may apply for one, two, or all of the three Panels. Please note this requirement is defined as a Schedule 3 Service (Social and Other Specific Services) as per The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
