Tender description

Midland Heart has procured a contract for repair and void works across Midlands Central Retirement and Supported Living properties and repairs for commercial units and midland heart offices across the Midlands. Midland Heart and has awarded to one contractor for our property portfolio. The contract has been procured for an initial contract period of 2 years, with a 1 + 1 year extension option, subject to satisfactory performance, thus taking the contract duration up to a maximum of 4 years. This contract is to deliver responsive repairs, void and fire prevention works and will cover: — responsive repairs 24/7, 365 days of the year, Void Works and Fire Prevention Works (FRA) at retirement and supported living properties in the Central Midlands Area. — responsive repairs 24/7, 365 days of the year and Fire Prevention Works (FRA) at Midland Hearts Commercially Let Properties circa 85 units. — responsive repairs 24/7, 365 days of the year, Void Works and Fire Prevention Works (FRA) at Midland Hearts Mutual Portfolio on demand. Out of Scope — responsive repairs and void works on Midland Heart General Needs Properties as contingency support for other maintenance providers. The contract duration will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 years subject to continuous satisfactory performance and completion of an annual performance review. The contract start date will be the 1 April 2020.
