Demolition works including • Remove existing entrance doors and glazed screen • Remove existing roller shutter door on front elevation • Remove existing external windows, doors and glazed screens • Remove existing high level internal windows • Remove all sanitaryware • Remove existing finishes and sanitaryware in WCs • Remove radiator, surface mounted pipework and electrical conduit, light fittings in WCs • Break out opes • Remove suspended ceiling in first floor offices, kitchen + canteen areas • Remove plasterboard + skirting from first floor external office walls • Remove existing door of stairs + internal window to first floor corridor. • Remove internal first floor office walls, adjoining server, and corridor walls. • Remove existing Water Tank and walls in first floor office for tank relocation Construction works including full supply & fit of: • New double glazed thermally broken aluminum entrance doors and glazed screen, and new external window to canteen, in accordance with the door and window schedule. • Internal doors and window as per the window & door schedule. Include for fire certification, firestopping at edge of frame. • Create access to female WCs • New tiling • New partitions & walls • Mechanical and Electrical Services etc etc - refer to spec
