Tender description

The Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd is undertaking a procurement exercise to identify and appoint a single supplier in the provision of Radio Communications Services for the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games. The successful supplier may also have the opportunity to enter into a multi-Games contract for the 2026 and 2030 Games, thereafter. The successful supplier will be required to provide radio handsets, radio accessories (e.g. earpieces, chargers and spare batteries); mobile solutions for road events (e.g. QBR); radio repeater network solutions; project and service management services (e.g. Asset management and technical support). Further information regarding the scope of the services will be provided as part of the tender process. The successful supplier will be required to provide radio communication goods and services to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Scope includes handsets, radio accessories (e.g. earpieces, chargers and spare batteries); mobile solutions for road events (e.g. QBR); radio repeater network solutions; project and service management services (e.g. Asset management and technical support).
