Tender description
The Scottish Police Authority published its Fleet Strategy in 2019 which included the ambition to have a fully Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) fleet in ten (10) years. Ensuring the provision of appropriate charging infrastructure across Police Scotland`s estate will play an important part in supporting this ambition. This contract shall be divided into 3 phases, the Scottish Police Authority shall offer a firm commitment to Phase 1, with Phase 2 and 3 being optional. Phase 2 and 3 shall only activated during the contract period when instructed by the Scottish Police Authority. This contract shall include the following: Feasibility/Site Studies; Distribution Network Operators (DNO) & Local Council Engagement; Project Management and Strategy Support Services; Commissioning and Building Warrants Services; Supply and Install of EV Charging Units; Warranty and Maintenance of EV Charging Units; Smart BackOffice System; Connection to Scottish Government Charge Place Scotland Network This contract shall be divided into 3 phases. The Authority shall offer a firm commitment to Phase 1, with Phase 2 and 3 being optional. Phase 2 and 3 shall only activated during the contract period when instructed by the Scottish Police Authority.
