Tender description

The Returning Officer (RO) of South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council is undertaking an exercise for the procurement of electoral print materials including poll cards, postal vote packs and ballot papers (‘printing material’) The services being sought will include but are not necessarily limited to the following: — printing of poll cards; — printing of postal vote poll cards; — printing of ballot papers; — printing of postal voting packs; — printing of large format ballot papers and corresponding number lists; and — the supply of grass skirts, as required for all elections and referenda held during the contract period. The services being sought will include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: printing of household enquiry forms and invitation to register forms, information leaflets and envelopes for individual electoral registration and the printing of personal identifier refresher letters.
