Tender description

The Police ICT Company Limited ('the Authority') intends to procure and manage an IT Service Management (ITSM) capability from a Potential Provider which may service the ITSM needs of the broader law enforcement and emergency services communities. The first major organisation to use this service will be the Forensics Capability Network (FCN). The solution procured by the Authority will offer a broad ITSM capability to deliver the breadth of requirements across the potential user community, however the services delivered for each customer, whilst harmonised to the greatest extent possible to deliver best value for all stakeholders, will need to be flexible such that it may be tailored to meet the specific requirements of individual stakeholder organisations, initially the FCN. The scope of Services described therefore should be considered as a starting point and the scope and size of this Call Off Contract likely to expand over its term.
