Tender description
This procurement is for a new Booking and Scheduling Solution for TfL Assisted Transport Services (Dial-a-Ride). This solution will provide self-service booking capabilities for customers to improve customer satisfaction, whilst increasing efficiency in TfL and with the capability to integrate with other ATS providers operating in London to help achieve the goals set out in the ATS Roadmap to create a 'one-stop-shop' for all of London.
