Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn sefydlu a datblygu pecyn / model Cymhelliant sy’n cefnogi datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus cynaliadwy sy’n rhan integredig o’r gefnogaeth mae’r Adran Addysg ganolog yn darparu i ysgolion Gwynedd. Er mwyn sicrhau cynaladwyedd gefnogaeth o’r math yma i’r dyfodol mae’r Cyngor yn ystyried buddsoddi mewn hyfforddiant i gymhwyso arweinwyr addas yn y maes Addysg i fod yn Gymhellwyr Cymwysedig trwy gwrs cydnabyddus (e.e. ILM neu CMI mewn Cymhelliant a Mentora gweithredol) Gwynedd Council is establishing and developing a Coaching model that supports sustainable continuous professional development, which is an integrated part of the support provided to Gwynedd schools by the central Education Department In order to ensure the sustainability of this type of support in future, the Council is considering investing in training to qualify suitable leaders in the Education field to become Qualified Coaches by means of a recognised course (e.g. ILM or CMI in executive Coaching and Mentoring)
