***Please note this is an award notice, not a call for competition*** UK Shared Business Services had a requirement for external assistance supporting the Company's analysis and development of its transformation plan. The aims and objectives of this tender exercise is to contract with a supplier that can provide an insightful and inspiring proposal that excites the executive leadership team to want to deliver it and provides a powerful statement of the organisation's potential to our owners, so has to help engage their active support. UK SBS requires rapid analysis to develop a clear, costed and prioritised transformation plan, building on the Company's existing plans, programmes and projects. The scope and key deliverables of the project falls broadly into 5 stages as follows: 1. Scoping report, encompassing analysis of the challenge, capability gap analysis, putative outline transformation plan and recommended prioritisation for detailed planning 2. Outline workforce plan, including skills gap analysis and recommended approaches for closing the gaps 3. Proposed future organisational design and transition arrangements 4. Organisational cultural / behavioural analysis and recommended approach to necessary cultural, behavioural and organisational change, including identifying the required leadership capacities and capabilities for the future 5. Consolidated report and finalised plan to analyse the capability gap and propose outline workforce plan The contract has been awarded following a further competition against Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6008 Management Consultancy Framework Two (MCF2) - Lot 3 Complex and Transformation Consultancy Services.
