Construction work for school buildings

Tender description

The NDFA has been commissioned to build an initial 20 schools for the Department of Education and Skills under the Devolved Schools Build Programme 2 (‘DSBP2’) which may be expanded to include further projects in the future. The NDFA intends to publish a contract notice on e-Tenders and on OJEU for establishment of a design and build (DB) contractor framework panel in Q4 2020, with the first framework call-off expected in approximately Q2 2021 for the first bundle of 7 Nr schools.
