Tender description

The works comprise an new four-storey Extension (E01) to Block (B) together with partial refurbishment of the existing building. The proposed extension will be circa 3 950 m2 with refurbishment involving approximately 430 m2. Accommodation will comprise mixed teaching and research facilities including undergraduate and postgraduate science laboratories, clean room, PC laboratories, project rooms, classrooms, research facilities, online leaning facilities together with staff and ancillary accommodation and associated external works. Reserved specialists: 1) Mechanical Installations 2) Electrical Installations 3) Curtain Walling and Glazing Installations.
