Tender description
The supplier is required to undertake online depth interviews with customers (i.e. water bill-payers) of water and sewerage companies in England and Wales. Each customer will be from a household on a low income i.e. in receipt of income related benefits, or household income of less than £16k a year (couples or families) as well as a subset who are also on a water company social tariff scheme or on the industry wide Watersure scheme. The depth interviews would establish their experience of managing household budgets, whether/how, their situation has been affected by the pandemic/lockdown, their relationship with their water company and how they would like to be communicated with.
