Servicing and Repair of Automated Doors

Tender description

This tendering opportunity is for the servicing and repairs of automated doors, gates and barriers across all Housing 21 courts in England. This lot consists of 581 assets across 179 locations. This contract is for five years with the possibility of a five year contract extension, this should reflect Housing 21's desire to develop a long term collaborative contract. The contract is split into three regions (please review tender instructions document on Delta). Housing 21 will work the selected supplier to incorporate installation of automated doors if required during the contract term (this is not an exclusive arrangement).
