Tender description

The Metal Works and Fabrications Framework ITT ref RBKC 13496 RBKC is seeking to appoint up to one further suitably experienced, qualified and competent Contractors to its metal works and fabrications framework. The successful bidders will support and collaborate with RBKC’s Repairs Maintenance and Voids Services Team in providing the Works across RBKC’s portfolio of ten thousand (10,000) properties. RBKC’s requirements for the Works are set out in the Specification Documents which have been uploaded to the Portal. The Works will be delivered across the Borough and there will be no restrictions on geographical locations. Both Contractors will be expected to work collaboratively with RBKC and help to achieve sustainable improvements in the way in which the Works are provided. The estimated annual budget for the metal works and fabrications framework is fifty thousand pounds (£50,000). Please note that this figure is an estimate and may be subject to change. In accordance with the PCR 2015, the metal works and fabrications framework will run for a maximum term of four (4) years. RBKC will enter into the Framework Agreement with both of the appointed Contractors.
