Clanmil Housing Association for and on behalf of Clanmil, Abbeyfield & Wesley Housing Association and Craigowen Housing Association invite you to submit a quote for the provision of Fixed Wire Testing in accordance with BS 7671 to include certification of the fire alarm system and or components to BS 5839 -6 at various properties throughout Northern Ireland and Annual PAT Testing for a one year period covering the periods April 2020 – March 2021. In addition the service provider will be required to take a photo(s) of the electricity meter at the property which clearly shows the serial number of the meter and submit these with all certifications in order to receive payment. The contract will have the option of two further optional 12 month extension to cover the period April 2021 – March 2022 and April 2022 – March 2023. PAT Testing will take place on an annual basis.
