01857 Virtual Interview Platform for SPS

Tender description

SPS requires a supplier to provide an on-line recruitment tool that is designed for conducting live virtual interviews and assessments.  The product should be fully compliant with GDPR and have the option of integration with the SPS’ ATS system (Oleeo) to support the administration of recruitment processes including scheduling of interviews, a candidate waiting area and a document library to access interview and evaluation paperwork. SPS has commenced this procurement process with the intention of awarding a contract. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
