Tender description

Accent seeks to contract with a supplier to support, customise and configure its existing Zoho Contract Registration and Management software, including the renewal of existing licences and the supply of new licences. The Provider must be able to provide bespoke training manuals and videos to support any additional functionality developed. Under the terms of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, preference will be given to micro businesses within the Sub-Region where the service is to be delivered, namely West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Furthermore, it is a MANDATORY requirement that the Provider has a proven track record of designing and supporting PCR2015 compliant Contract Registration & Management systems developed in Zoho, preferably in the context of Social Housing, and is an accredited Zoho Advanced (or higher) Partner.
