WAV PT Demolition and Associated Works at Ockford Ridge Regeneration Sites B and C

Waverley Borough Council now wishes to invite organisations with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a quotation for the demolition of these properties at Ockford Ridge, the breaking up and removal of all foundations, all asbestos and other deleterious materials, all redundant services and associated works. The costs for associated works should also include provision for the erection of a 2m hoarding around the perimeter of the sites and include access gates. The Council requires prices for three packages of work, including; Package 1 - Demolition of Site B1 only Package 2 - Demolition Sites B2 and C separately Package 3 - Demolition Sites B1, B2 and C combined.
