Tender description

This tender is to establish a framework agreement for the supply of hernia mesh repair accessories and fixation devices. The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years maximum; 2 years initial period with the option of extending for up to 24 months. Under this lot the supplier will supply synthetic hernia mesh (non-absorbable) Suppliers are expected to offer synthetic hernia mesh (non-absorbable) in a variety of material such as PL (polyester), PP (polypropylene), PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), ePTFE (expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) or combinations (e-PTFE/PP). Products should be offered with self-fixating or fixating free properties, different pore shapes and sizes, various weights, categories, and knit options, hydrophilic properties, biodegradable, bio-compatible and can supply products in a variety of sizes. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI): the terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information. This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Products should be offered with self-fixating or fixating free properties, different pore shapes and sizes, various weights, categories, and knit options, hydrophilic properties, biodegradable, biocompatible and can supply products in a variety of sizes. Products should be offered with self-fixating or fixating free properties, different pore shapes and sizes, various weights, categories, and knit options, hydrophilic properties and can be supplied products in a variety of sizes. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Under this lot the supplier will provide fixation devices and accessories Suppliers are expected to offer a choice and range of devices that offer pre-loaded and/or self-loading fixation features and a variety of fixation compatible devices such as glue, straps and tacks. Fixation devices must have high retention rates and should be available in a variety of fixation angles.
