London and Quadrant Housing Trust requires the successful contractor to carry out maintenance and repair of L & Q Domestic Passenger Lifts 2020 to 2027 across its portfolio of properties in (South-West), (West) and (North) Neighbourhoods. (Approx. number of lifts is 239).The works will primarily take place in domestic and occupied and unoccupied properties ranging from individual dwelling to communal schemes and units.
