Tender description

The Council is looking to undertake an open market tender to select a supplier who can supply, deploy and support a hosted, integrated IT solution to support the residential licensing services within public realm directorate for a contract term of up to 5 years. The required solution will provide functionality to administer all residential licensing for example Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and any private landlord selective licencing schemes that may be implemented within the Borough following any approval by Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). The Council expects to issue a tender late February or early March 2020 with a view for a contract award around September 2020.
