Internationalisation Support Services for the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub: China

Tender description

Quotations are invited in respect of ongoing support services for the Council to develop their relationship with Hunan, including initially working with the Council to:  create a 5 year plan in collaboration with UK side and Hunan side stakeholders  support activities which develop the relationship between Holbeach Food Enterprise Zone, Lincolnshire and Wangcheng Economic Zone, Hunan  prepare activities which from Lincolnshire's part of national events such as the Regional Leaders Summit, including attendance and delegation support  support the preparation and delivery of inward delegations from Hunan to Lincolnshire over the period of the contract  support the preparation and delivery of 1 outward delegation per year over the period of the contract  support the preparation and delivery of stakeholder group meetings/ updates as necessary, including UK side and China side members  maintain ongoing and open dialogue with relevant Hunan Government Departments involved in activity linked to the Lincolnshire sister region agreement  create funding bids to support the delivery of China related activity  liaise with other parties in relation to Lincolnshire's relationship with Hunan, such as neighbouring authorities, Midlands Engine, Department of International Trade, Foreign Commonwealth Office and China Britain Business Council as required RFQ Link - https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=8d7a60bb-923b-ea11-80fc-005056b64545&fromProjectDashboard=True
