Development of a Voluntary C2C to Prevent and Relieve Homelessness Toolkit

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) would like to see the Commitment to Collaborate (C2C) model widely promoted and used in order to embed the ethos and activity of designing out homelessness in the West Midlands area. The WMCA is therefore seeking a suitable consultant or agency to take the work done on the model to date and create an attractive, user-friendly tool for dissemination, promotion and effective use of the model. In order to access the documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_738 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes to do so. Please see the Specification outlining further details of the requirement and please note that the contract for this project will be based on the Agreement which is also included in the Attachments section of BravoSolution. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 80% quality and 20% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please then submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope and your fee proposal in the Commercial Envelope of BravoSolution. Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1700 on Friday 6th March 2020 and the deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Monday 2nd March 2020.
