Tender description
City, University of London seeks a competent and experienced construction contractor for the refurbishment of 33 Finsbury Square. The scope of the works is anticipated to comprise strip out-works, demolition and refurbishment works across all floors to suit new layouts (inclusive of partitioning, new finishes, branding, modifications to toilets, etc). Upgrading of existing fire escape stair core and reconfiguration of mechanical and electrical systems to suit new arrangements and layouts.
