Tender description

Public Health England are planning to award Granicus a 1-year Gov.Delivery licence subscription and technical support. Gov.Delivery is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that enables government organisations such as PHE to interface with more people. Granicus appear to be the only supplier to provide this product/service. By leveraging Gov.Delivery, PHE will be able to utilise a number of different outreach mediums, including email, really simple syndication (RSS) feeds and social media integration to connect with its target audiences. The licence and technical support will include: 1) Unlimited email sends with industry-leading delivery and management of all bounces; 2) Support to upload and migrate existing email lists; 3) Access to participate in the govDelivery Network; 4) Ability to send mass notifications to multiple devices; 5) 24/7 system monitoring, email and phone support during business hours, auto-response to inbound messages from end users and emergency support; 6) Access to a complete archive of all data created by the client for 18 months (rolling).
