Tender description
The Housing Executive wishes to commission a suitably experienced external specialist to determine the potential impact of adopting a procurement approach for existing schemes on the Supporting People (SP) Programme. In particular the Housing Executive needs to understand the impact on the level of funding required for the delivery of schemes, the impact on service providers and service users and on internal Housing Executive departments.
