Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a Framework Agreement consisting of up to 10 Registered Providers to source, supply and manage up to 100 properties of various sizes both within and outside of the borough. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of three years commencing on 4 January 2021 with a maximum budget of GBP 1 000 000. The properties will be used subject to an agreed incentive paid to the Registered Provider based on the property’s size and length of tenancy offered. The London Borough of Camden reserves the right not to use the Framework Agreement should either the maximum of 100 properties be obtained or the accumulative financial incentives reach the maximum budget of GBP 1 000 000. The procurement will be undertaken using the Open Procedure in accordance with Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The award of the contract will be based upon the most economically advantageous tender in accordance with the methodology set out in the Invitation to Tender.
