Tender description

This contract will cover a programme of alleygate installation focused in North Birkenhead, ongoing alley gate maintenance, repair and call handling and the provision/replacement of keys barrels and cylinders. This contract is split into four lots: 1) Alleygate Installation, 2) Alleygate Repair and Maintenance and Ad-Hoc Alleygate Installations, 3) Key provision, 4) Combination of Lots 1, 2 and 3. Installation of approximately 30 alleygates in the North Birkenhead region. This contract with cover alleygate repair and maintenance and ad-hoc alleygate installation with call handling provision. Covering alleygate maintenance of all existing and newly installed gates and any occasional self-funded installations outside the current Home Office-funded programme. The successful supplier will also provide a call handling service, responding to resident concerns. The provision and replacement of all alleygate keys, barrels and cylinders. Lot 4: A combination of lots 1, 2 and 3. Completing a programme of alleygate installation 30 across North Birkenhead, maintaining all existing alleygates, providing a responsive call handling service and replacing any keys/barrels/cylinders as required.
