This notice is formal notification that Border to Coast Pensions Partnership will not be awarding the proposed contract notice dispatched on 21 October 2019 under reference 2019/S 207-504947, in accordance with Regulation 55(1) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended and paragraph 6 of the ‘Important Legal Notice’ section of the invitation to tender. At this time, we do not currently intend to commence a further OJEU procurement process concerning these services.
