Tender description
YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of electronic communications, payments and kitchen management solutions. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements. Lot 1: covers a full electronic kitchen management solution comprising of software and hardware – customer hosted/on premises. Lot 2 will cover a Full Electronic Kitchen Management Solution comprising of software and Hardware – Cloud Hosted or off Premises Lot 3 covers Software only Lot for Electronic Kitchen Management – Customer Hosted Lot 4 covers Software only Lot for Electronic Kitchen Management – Cloud Hosted or Off Premises Lot 5 covers Online Payment Applications Lot 6 covers Communication Software via omni channel solutions email/SMS Lot 7 covers Cashless Catering Systems Lot 8 covers Registration Solutions Lot 9 covers Application Software (APP) to integrate with internal systems for a one log on one view experience Lot 10 covers Management Information Systems Lot 11 covers Pupil Attainment Solutions
