Network Rail operate a number of MPVs and Wagons collectively known as the HOPS Fleet (although the name may be subject to change) The HOPS Fleet is new to the business unit and in order to reduce risk of failed delivery Network Rail require support from the OEM via several technical support methods. The requirement of this agreement consists the provision of technical support for the reasons of ownership of IPR. This agreement shall include the following: — provision of service technicians, —provision of maintenance training, —provision of operator training, —provision of engineering support.
