Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council can only achieve efficient and effective quality public services through its most valuable resource, its employees. For our staff to be the best they can be – they need access to the right opportunities and to be supported in their development. This DPS will allow the council to procure the following services: 1) Lot 1: Business and Personal Skills Training; 2) Lot 2: Project Management and Change Management Training; 3) Lot 3: Compliance Training; 4) Lot 4: IT Training; 5) Lot 5: Management Training; 6) Lot 6: Coaching and Mentoring. The scope of the framework comprises the design/customisation/tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions across various lots, this lot is for business and personal skills training. He scope of the framework comprises the design/customisation/tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions This lot is for Lot 2: Project Management and Change Management Training. The scope of the framework comprises the design/customisation /tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions at this lot is for the deliver of compliance training. The scope of the framework comprises the design/customisation /tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions this lot is for IT Training services. The scope of the framework comprises the design/customisation/tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions, this lot is for the delivery of management training. The scope of the Framework comprises the design/customisation /tailoring and/or delivery of a range of learning and development interventions this lot will be for coaching and mentoring services.
